Denver is warming up and I am getting excited to be out on my Vespa again. Last year we did a tour of different pieces of Denver's Public Art and we put together a little video. I'm looking forward to doing something similar again this year!

If you want to join us sometime, send me a message, we'd love to have you!!

Our Denver Real Estate market is moving quickly. You all have heard the reports that Denver is #1 on price increases in the U.S. We continue to have record low inventory and people moving here from all over the world. Thank goodness interest rates are still so low and we have buyers just waiting for sellers to sell!! I have never seen the building we are seeing in the city now. Exciting times here in Denver for sure.

Walking back to my car last night after the Colorado Rockies home opening game. This is the east side of the Millennium Bridge. It was surprisingly quiet, once I got to the other side of the bridge I saw a group of about 60 bicycle riders having a lot of fun!

Google surprises me with their creativity sometimes:

We didn't have an agenda. He had a new camera, I like to be around all the people. So we went to First Friday Art District on Santa Fe.

Fabulous! It too cold to be on the patio, but it will be fantastic soon! We were able to try almost everything. My favorite was the tuna sandwich!! Looking forward to trying a few whiskey's next time.

Exceptional service! The food was fabulous, it was a little wait but that was okay, we went to another place around the corner, had a drink and they called to let us know our table was ready. They do not take reservations. It was loud, lively, and fun. Mario called us by name all night, checked in on us regularly, we sat at the kitchen bar and the guys in the kitchen were fun and happy. Great experience! Looking forward to going back again soon!
