My passions for writing and research have crashed head-on with my love of business strategy and marketing. At Epsilon, I lead audience research and strategic planning for our Google account to build customer loyalty for high-priority Google products.

My digital research capabilities include content audits, competitive gap analysis, brand messaging audits, audience analysis, customer experience mapping and media analysis.

In my previous role at Relevance, I led the development of strategic integrated marketing frameworks for enterprise clients including Intuit, Intel, Rackspace, Macy’s and L’Oreal to improve lead acquisition.
