Maybe too late a decision for many of us...but important for younger generations. Napoleon Hill found this in his investigation of the most successful people of his time. Your partner matters.

An ever increasing number of businesses are understanding that the future of success is in collaboration and being local and global citizens. Those that don't make the transition will be left behind.

Honored to have my story shared by Bob Proctor.

“The study, conducted by Sameer B. Srivastava, Ph.D. and doctoral student Eliot Sherman at the University of California, Berkeley's Haas School of Business, found that low-performing women who switched from a male supervisor to a high-performing female supervisor earned substantially less than men who made a similar shift.”

This is incredibly sad, Shana. Women need to help each other in order to succeed. http://read.bi/1K8NAgJ

Be careful you’re not swamping yourself with work so that you’re too busy to get ahead in your career. Take some time to breathe and gather perspective. Interact with your employees or coworkers. You’ll be amazed how much this will help you both in life and at work. http://bit.ly/1wSSdlJ

“Because children are unique memory keepers it is near impossible to predict exactly what will catch a child’s fancy and stick in his memory. Siblings often recall situations and events differently, and some may not remember them at all. Children frequently forgot what parents fretted over and thought was a peak experience or major event.”

This is very interesting, Susan. I suppose parents should appreciate the quiet moments with their children. http://bit.ly/1HuCr4T

Don’t be afraid to take the leap and pursue your dreams! Nothing ever happens without that first step. It may seem daunting, but if you don’t move forward you’ll never achieve what you want out of life.  http://bit.ly/1JOKgbt

“When I practice shifting my energy and attention in these kinds of ways, all kinds of new solutions pop up in all kinds of unexpected creative ways- people appear to help, someone makes me laugh at just the right moment, the world presents little signs that remind me that all is well.”

Life often gets in the way of creativity as you say, Susan. Opening ourselves up to others is a great way to counteract this. http://bit.ly/1eFXM4I
