So many people talk about getting a stronger core and then waste hours of their time doing ab crunch after ab crunch. Don't get me wrong, crunches have their place, but we could be doing so much MORE!
Here's my client performing a kneeling landmine press. This exercise strengthens her abs and obliques while also benefiting her arms, shoulders and upper chest. It's much more functional and efficient, and those are two things that are very important to me when designing a client's workout program.
Whatever your health and fitness goal may be, make sure that function and efficiency are key components of your plan.
