This... is captivating!

Watch the premiere of the documentary Years of Living Dangerously right now in full!

The first episode follows Harrison Ford as he travels to Indonesia to investigate how the world’s appetite for palm oil—an ingredient in everything from candy bars to laundry detergent—has led to massive deforestation and turned that country into one of the world’s largest emitters of greenhouse gases, the driver of human caused climate change.

Reader question:

With school work, and bullies, and preadolescence, my 9 yo is very stressed lately.

I have read (and have found to be true for myself) that the body is able to manage stress better with omega 3 and B vitamin supplements.

I can't see her swallowing the monster fish oil pill that I take, and she won't eat fish more than once every other week or so. Are there any trusted supplements for children? Anyone have any tricks as to how to sneak them into smoothies or food without them tasting fishy?

Reader question:

My daughter (2 next month) has super sensitive skin, and we've been using Badger Balm sunscreen which I love. However, she's been rashy and her pediatrician says that it probably clogged her pores (however, she's just as rashy when we keep her skin covered with clothing, probably because the sweat clogs her pores).

Is there another sunscreen you recommend that is all-natural but possibly less inclined to clog?

Reader question:

I have a question for your readers: how do you work out what foods you're intolerant to when you're looking after a demanding toddler?

Over the last four months I've experienced bouts of bloating combined with embarrassing, smelly flatulence and I haven't eaten anything unusual.

I eat very healthily, I don't drink cows milk (soy instead) and if I don't eat regularly I get shaky and irritable so I need to eat properly for energy.

Thanks in advance!
