Ameyaw has developed a keen interest in African entertainment and his works are amongst the most celebrated and enjoyed across West Africa. He created the critically acclaimed column, “The Awful Truth with Ameyaw” for Star Newspaper, a weekly entertainment and lifestyle broadsheet published by African Communications Ltd. He won the hearts of many readers with his sharp and often very accurate critique on Ghana’s emerging entertainment industry.
His entertainment works can currently be enjoyed across the globe on the worldwide web through his on-line column on www.jamati.com and www.modernghana.com . He also has a plethora of contributions on www.orijin-ent.com, www.ghanacelebrities.com , www.atacmag.com and others. He is also an alumnus and contributing blogger on www.africanews.com .
Ameyaw is also the entertainment news editor for www.ghanaweb.com , the biggest resource site on anything Ghanaian. Ameyaw’s official website, www.ameyawdebrah.com has become the voice for exclusive entertainment news/interviews/views/reviews/photos/videos in Ghana and increasingly, he is becoming the bridge between the Ghanaian/African Diasporas and the entertainment front in the homeland. Apart from having his articles republished on several other websites, newspapers, TV shows, radio shows and magazines, Ameyaw also contributes to a number of pan-African print magazines.
