We just finished up our latest Spiral Staircase project!

This staircase was designed to fit into the area of an old elevator shaft. The stairs were fabricated in four sections within our shop, and then sent out for paint. At the job site, each section was hoisted into place from the top down due to space constraints, then welded together, and finished off with paint touch-ups.

This building, located in downtown East Troy, is undergoing renovation and remodeling with commercial space out front and an apartment upstairs. This staircase adds an industrial look with the exposed brick and wood background. The stair treads will be finished with 1" thick wood planks to match the wood flooring.

In production facilities there are often materials such as label film or packaging materials that are supplied on a heavy cardboard tube or “core." In order to recycle and store these more efficiently, it makes sense to crush them. This is a core crushing machine which could be made to any custom size for a specific application.

This neat looking part is a vibrator mount for a packaging machine which was cut out of 1-1/2" thick 6061 aluminum. It was cut on our new OMAX waterjet at a cut quality of 5 using the A-jet feature. This feature allows us to produce complex three 3D parts as well as using it for taper compensation on close tolerance parts.
