I love this gym. The BJJ instructor Jonathan Helwig has a deep understanding of his craft. After watching me roll he was immediately able to dissect my game and start sharpening it. In the Muay Thai department, Kaensak Sor Ploenjit deserves legendary status not just as a fighter but as a teacher. Until I started taking his classes striking had never really clicked for me. AMA Fight Club is absolutely the place to train.

AMA has been a crucial part in me being able to surpass my goal of fighting in just one MMA fight. Thanks to AMA's instructors and long list of fighters I was able to train and then compete in 4 Amatuer and 1 professional MMA fight. I was able to achieve a total record of 5-0 do to the training I've received there. if your looking to learn JiuJitsu, MuayThai,MMA or would like to be a top competitor in either one of these Arts this is the place to go.

Regardless of the discipline (Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, etc.) or the level (Kids, Adults) all the instructors are top notch and great to learn from. You'd be hard pressed to find a better school in the area and I highly recommend AMA.

I've been a fan of MMA for as long as I can remember, but only recently was I able to muster up the courage to sign up at AMA. I can honestly say it was the best fitness decision I've ever made. AMA houses world-renown instructors who are always willing to take the time to answer questions and ensure you are developing your skill set. The students/training partners are like one big family. So do not be hesitant as I was…come to AMA to watch a class. I guarantee you will sign up right then and there!

A great atmosphere conducive to learning and evolving as a martial artist. The instructors for Muay Thai and BJJ are second to none. Ive only been training here for 2 months and I already cant imagine not coming here every week. I only wish I started years ago.

AMA Fightclub is the best MMA facility in the area. If you want to train with the same instructors that train the pros, this is the place. I started training at the age of 42. Beginner and advanced classes offered daily. My only regret is that I didn't join sooner.

Top-notch martial arts school. As a former military member I have had a basic understanding of BJJ, and was totally clueless about Muay Thai until I went here. The workouts and training are intense, but 100% worth your while. Strongly recommended!

This place is crazy. I was just a fan of the UFC when I decided to take up the sport on the side, but now I find myself doing a lot more training then watching. The guys who teach really know their stuff. I've trained at other MMA gyms, but AMA has the toughest workouts. It's hard to find a gym like this where it literally doesn't matter what your skill level is. You can just be looking to get in shape the fun way, or be a pro fighter, and you'll be hooked on these classes. Now I know how to arm-bar and ankle lock my co-workers which I do all the time. Lol. Just kidding.
