Chris was awesome and very knowledgeable in the tune-up and clean of my furnace. He gave some great recommendations to keep it running smoothly and even crawled up into my attic to check on loose fan/vent duct work that an inspector reported. Very easy to talk with, and ask questions. Definitely going back to them for future work.

Everyone at Altitude Comfort was a pleasure to work with. From the initial phone call to schedule a quoting visit to the last moment the install techs walked out my door they were focused on providing a great experience. One particular point that was pleasing was then they discovered the equipment they were planning on using for my AC install would not fit into my crawl space opening. The solutions were to cut into my floor and expand the opening or find a part that would fit. Doug from Altitude spent at least half a day calling his distributors looking for a part that would fit so they didn't have to cut through my floor, and kept me updated every step of the way. Once the part was located, they had it shipped out right away and rescheduled my install for the very next day after the part arrived. The actual installation was completed by Ryan who was fantastic. He was polite, professional, and knocked out the AC install in no time at all. He even took the extra initiative to do some repairs to my ducting and furnace at no extra cost. He went above and beyond in every way. Not to mention he left his work space cleaner than how it was when he showed up. I'm very impressed all the way around with Altitude's customer service, and their price was the best in town by a wide margin. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for heating or cooling work. Thank you, Altitude!

Top notch....Camden and the crew from Altitude Comfort did an excellent job on our AC install. Good communication, professional staff, quality work, with attention to detail. It is rare these days to find people who actually take pride in doing their job and doing it right. Camden and the crew hustled all day to make sure the install was done right. He even went to the extent to work on "quite things" while our 7 month old was napping. Didn't ask him to do this, he just did it on his own. Pretty impressive company on all fronts. Highly recommended

Chris spent a lot of time making sure all the vents were properly cleaned. The air is clearer and we no longer worry about fire hazards in the ducts. I recommend Altitude Comfort to all of my neighbors and clients.

Great overall experience. Met with Camden initially for over an hour and went through everything in detail. We ended up upgrading our service from just central air to central air and a new furnace and couldn't be happier. Ryan and Camden were out to install everything shortly after and did an excellent job. They worked hard and stayed late until the job was complete. Will for sure look to utilize Altitude for sure in the future as things come up and would absolutely recommend them to anyone else. Nice work guys.

Our furnace went out the day before Thanksgiving. Chris was great. He showed up the same morning, diagnosed the problem quickly, was back with the parts and had the furnace repaired within a few hours of my initial call. Very professional and knowledgeable.

This was the second time I have had these guys out. One could not ask for better service. Polite, on time, efficient, good communication. Michael F (Mike) came out to service us most recently and was wonderful. He explained everything very carefully and was able to fix our AC at minimal cost. He was a super nice guy and was even able to come out early! Thanks again Altitude Comfort.

I am very impressed with Altitude Comfort. First of all, every single person showed up on time. Dave and Aldo came to install an AC unit (central air) in our home, which is 100+ years old and comes with challenges. They went out of their way to place the outdoor unit in a spot that is not in our way. It took them extra time to run pipes along the ceiling and then under the deck, and they worked non-stop from 9 am to 7 pm. They also ran a new cable from the basement to hook up the AC to our Nest thermostat. The electrician ran cable in the attic, and everything looks great on the outside of the house! The team came back two days later to locate and open the return vent that the previous owners covered up with a hardwood floor. Plus, they came back a third time to make sure everything is running correctly. All in all, I met 7 people face-to-face, and all were extremely professional. I also spoke with the owner numerous times on the phone to make sure things are going ok. It turns out that we could use more insulation in the attic to get the most out of the new AC, but our house is already much cooler than before getting the AC installed. I highly recommend this business.

New Altitude Vans Benefit The Environment And Our Technicians

We've spent many months looking for new company vans that meet our requirements of being environmentally-friendly, as well as providing our heating and air technicians with the best possible working environment while out in the field.

The new Ram ProMaster 1500 fits the bill perfectly! We're ordering new ProMaster vans for all of our technicians, and look forward to rolling them out in the coming months.

We chose the ProMaster because it gets even better gas mileage than most diesel box vans, and it gives our guys an incredibly comfortable van to work out of during the day. Comfort for our guys was at the top of our list because after all, who wants a grumpy HVAC technician showing up to fix their furnace this winter?

Be on the lookout for our new silver ProMaster vans, and some very happy technicians!
