We can choose, but instead, we let our environment and feelings control us. In making this choice, we're subject to manipulation. Thus not truly free.

Crafting prospecting emails is an interesting thing. The goal is to get a prospect interested in our offering. Yet only a few times we send one that says "You're important".

I've attended the comedy club three times. The first two I had a great time. But on my third time, I wasn't able to enjoy the experience for the following reasons: - We were not happy with our assigned seats with our backs to the stage. Difficult to enjoy a meal while watching the show. The hostess didn't even try to accommodate us. When we asked, she said those were the only seats available. This was their "VIP" offering at $30/ticket. - Not enough space in between tables. Difficult for waitresses to do their work without having to move to make space for them to pass through. After 10 minutes of consideration, I decided to cancel our food orders and leave the show as we were not having a good time. Then I asked to talk to the manager and GM to explain the situation and asked for a refund. They both denied my request. The GM then offered to: - Accommodate our group to different seats - Or give us free tickets to come another time But I didn't want either because I thought they should have accommodated us when we got there in the first place. So I asked for a refund once again and the GM said he couldn't do that. Poor customer in my opinion. I had a bad experience for a business that sells a good experience. On top of it, I lost money. This is why I'll no longer come or recommend this place again. --- If you're planning to come here anyways. I recommend getting there 30 minutes early to get good seats and eat your meal before the show begins. But I feel the Laugh Comedy Club in Kirkland is a better option. They have a much more comfortable seating layout and they also have great shows.

Their beer is excellent. I had calamari for an appetizer and it was ok. My girlfriend had the fish tacos and she liked them. The service was good. The only thing that left me disappointed was the chef's special ribs, probably the worst ribs I've ever had.

Recently moved to the area and I feel VERY fortunate to have ended up on this place to get my hair cut twice a month. The person that got me to write this review is "Little Kim" and her customer service is excellent.

Affordable for Car Maintenance Services but Expensive for Car Repairs I have serviced my car in this shop since 2009. Overall I had a great experience bringing my car here for basic maintenance services. They are truly the most affordable in Seattle and overall customer service is OK. However when it came to repairs, (more than once) I had to deal with the following issues: - Shop did not fix my car right the first time. Car had to get towed back to the shop. - Shop did not own up to "obvious" mistakes until after complaining multiple times. - Solving the problem costed more than the estimate. (A tough one for students on a tight budget). Hope this review helps you save some money but avoid dealing with a bad auto repair experience.
