USAA Auto Insurance Unfairly Denying My Claim

After a recent car accident, adjuster says is "Shared Fault". +USAA  unfairly denying claim to pay for damages. Looking for a fair resolution. Shared Fault...What do you think?

#autoinsurance   #claims   #consumerprotection   #consumerreports
After parking lot accident featured in this presentation, USAA auto insurance adjuster decided that my automobile claim against their insuree is shared fault. By definition "shared fault" means that both drivers had comparative and contributory negligence in the car accident. In summary, the insuree (Dodge) did not look carefully before backing fully out and rear ended my car (Toyota) damaging the back bumper. The insuree admitted in person sayin...

Their beer is excellent. I had calamari for an appetizer and it was ok. My girlfriend had the fish tacos and she liked them. The service was good. The only thing that left me disappointed was the chef's special ribs, probably the worst ribs I've ever had.

Affordable for Car Maintenance Services but Expensive for Car Repairs I have serviced my car in this shop since 2009. Overall I had a great experience bringing my car here for basic maintenance services. They are truly the most affordable in Seattle and overall customer service is OK. However when it came to repairs, (more than once) I had to deal with the following issues: - Shop did not fix my car right the first time. Car had to get towed back to the shop. - Shop did not own up to "obvious" mistakes until after complaining multiple times. - Solving the problem costed more than the estimate. (A tough one for students on a tight budget). Hope this review helps you save some money but avoid dealing with a bad auto repair experience.

Recently moved to the area and I feel VERY fortunate to have ended up on this place to get my hair cut twice a month. The person that got me to write this review is "Little Kim" and her customer service is excellent.
