Kisar and his crew are truly unique in Portland. One of the only fitness studios around offering ONLY one-on-one and one-on-two trainings, these folks specialize in focusing on MY needs when I'm there. I've been working out with Kisar and Peter for almost 3 months and my body composition is radically different. I am so impressed by the trainers' ability to modify on a moment's notice—some people don't know how to change course for an injury or a muscle spasm, but this is a team of PROS that always know how to get me pumped while keeping me safe. They keep me entertained, challenged, and truly looking forward to my workout every week. I'm hooked!

As a health writer, it is literally my job go to gyms around Portland, and this is hands down my biggest workout crush of the moment. There's something magical about Paisley and her team—the space isn't fancy or huge, but classes have this scrappy, hilarious, awesome energy that's contagious and keeps me coming back. I just plain and simple LIKE how I feel after sweating Honest, and I actually look forward to my workouts. The circuit classes are kick-ass but never feel unsafe, and it's totally the best, non-judgmental spin environment I've found in PDX. I hear they might be adding some awesome new yoga trainers this year, too! Bottom line: So welcoming to all body types and abilities, Honest is honestly a gem.
