Just a quick note to thank the Club and Allied Express for the
streaming presentation of the Sutton Medal. Living three hours drive
from Melbourne, it is a rare occurrence for the presentation of the
Sutton Medal to coincide with our ability to get to the presentation.
Being able to view it via the internet was an unexpected and welcome
event. So a big thank-you to whoever came up with the idea and to those
involved in arranging it.

Absolutely F@$ked.. First off, missed first delivery, could have easily met in time accept customer service won't disclose any time frames or next location of driver. Arranged re-delivery and discovered all my items were displaying as Damaged.. no notification from Allied, when I spoke to them.. they said they are awaiting on direction from supplier. Received a call back it was a mistake, now $330 to deliver on Saturday, I said no deliver for free on Tuesday took the day off work. Received text at 9.30am goods are to be delivered today.. it's now 7pm. Ring allied, customer service is closed, speak to different section eventually they say by 7.30pm.. I could have went to work! This mob is an absolute joke, how they get business is a mystery.

The worst, do not use this company. They promised overnight delivery on a delicate artwork but it took over a week to be delivered. When it arrived to the client's it was badly water damaged. When I called Allied Express to find out what had happened they were bored & completely unhelpful. Turns out my artwork had been transferred to a third party to deliver who had left it exposed to the weather in a warehouse for a week before bothering to deliver. Allied Express is garbage and the sooner they go out of business, the better.

Zero Stars. In 2016 these must be the worst delivery company I have ever worked with. They are called mobiles phones, been around for a while, your company should use them. Our delivery with a 1-3 day estimate has still not arrived, 10 days later, in the heart of Sydney. With no prior comms we get a text, at 9:30am, that the delivery will be today. Instead of going to my wife's work as instructed, they were taking it to our home where no one would be present. They would not give even an estimated time, nor correct the delivery address, or contact the driver to arrange a call ahead when he was close. My wife left work as god knows what would happen if we missed the window and waited all day at home. Nothing. No call, email, update, and certainly no package. Despite 3 attempts during the day to reach them or get updates, being told it would arrive but they cant contact the driver we a re FUMING. Never use this company, ever.

Shame on you - don't call yourself couriers if you can't actually deliver goods, or your drivers are too stupid to read maps and understand directions. No star would be more appropriate. No care factor, customer service staff need to be trained in the art of customer service. Wonder how they ended up receiving 5 stars, miracles do happen I suppose...

Awful. Received a message with a time block for delivery. Then received a message several hours earlier saying they were trying to deliver. Then another saying package left. No package. No card. Have to make and Enquiry online. Cant see how to do that. Live chat not manned. Absolute rubbish . Oh and told to look in the bin for the package.If I could have given no stars I would have

Absolutely THE worst delivery experience we have ever experienced in 15 years of using couriers. First time used and disaster. Tried the second time and it will be the last. Never again will use this firm after the lack of knowledge of staff and supervisors of where our goods were in transit to be delivered. Would give it no stars if there was an option.

This is by far the worst courier company I have ever experienced . I took time off work and waited in on 4 different days spanning a one week period after being promised delivery on each day. I must of called 15 times during the week before Christmas and I was lied to, put on hold for up to 40 minutes and even hung up on TWICE!! Any reputable business out there should be warned against ever using ALLIED EXPRESS as I among many other would NEVER purchase from a business that used this horrendously unprofessional organisation. Disgusting way to treat people.
