The geek in me loves Google+ so far. The design, the UI, the privacy warnings, etc all seem to be done really well but I’m not looking forward to starting over from scratch with a new and more complex social network. I’ll probably end up pulling a 180 on that in a few weeks though…

Yeah man. I got a feeling Google will somehow make it feel like we’re not starting over from scratch — Picasa/Gchat integration for example. RE-sifting through friends/contacts to figure out which circles they belong on sounds way too tedious…

Exactly. But Maybe the 3rd time will be the charm (since Buzz & Wave both fell off).

try doing a Hangout. you'll be hooked

Ohhh the group video chat thing? Looks pretty slick… Haven’t seen any to join yet tho…

as much as i hate on what appears to be redundant technology...i kinda like plus. so far. i guess it's good that i'm not a huge facebooker as it stands. (i know i'm late to the conversation, sue me!)

Yeah man. I think Google+ is pretty dope now. The UI is killer and Hangouts are hella fun.

I'm brand new to google +, love every second of it. I exported all my facebook contacts into yahoo, then from yahoo into gmail (only way to do it) and I'm adding people, bringing them over - one person at a time.

Hey Al! I'm so late with this, but so far I like it. I didn't know about it until they put that animated blue arrow on their home page, and conveniently did it around the same time facebook changed their design for the hundredth time.

HAHA. Yeah Facebook changes have been deal breakers for a lot of folks. I do like G+ ! Need to start using it more often…
