Can you include an option to create log files for a run, something that would be useful to post back here, or email to you?

I've had a few instances where my heart rate monitor reads really low, then comes good mid run.

Also my last run, after importing to runtastic has a flatlined pace graph, but the pace breakdown is correct. Also it won't appear on the phone app, just the web UI. These may well be android wear or runtastic bugs but I guess it could also be something with the .gpx file created by ghostracer. It's really impossible for me to tell, hence the request for creating useful logs for you.

Another run this morning with SW3 and Jabra Sports Pulse.

No funny behaviour with heart rate, working as intended 👍 something weird must have happened last time...

I'm iffy on GPS accuracy, plot shows some cut corners which in turn made the pace slower than I think I was really doing. I'd put this down to watch/google API though.

.gpx export showed yesterdays date, but on import it's got correct details, so trivial.

Log attached below, thanks, cracking app.

I just completed an activity with RunKeeper http://runkeeper.com/activity?userId=40066113&trip=504881675

Did my first run today with SW3 standalone and Jabra Sport Pulse tracking my heart rate.

Problem with the .GPX file... the heart rate reading seems to be far too low. my average was 91bpm and highest was 104bpm. I'd like to say I'm that fit, but by far not.

I measured my heart rate after I noticed this using the same sensor and was still 120bpm. Are others seeing the same behaviour?

It would be great to have some debugging means to see the realtime readout using the app.

All in all though, the UI was great, and the app shows a lot of promise. I'll keep playing.

Edit: I had a thought that this could have been caused by me pausing the activity from the watch when a friend pulled up for a chat. This is seen at around the 5km mark in the link above. Not sure if that would matter?

+Craig Jarratt Is there a way I can provide a useful log to you if I get it to do something funny, when it doesn't crash?

After buying the SW3 to run without my phone and seeing that runtastic doesn't support it, I did some looking around and found that only runkeeper and this support it. After finding this, I just bought the Jabra Sport Pulse, going to try it out asap. It looks very promising.

I've been using 'SyncMyTracks' to keep runtastic and runkeeper in check, and i think it has the ability to watch a location on my phone for .gpx files, so hopefully this way I can keep collecting my workouts together.

I'll let you know how it goes.

I had a little play with it around the house, but the rain hasn't let up so no running juat yet. Jabra pulse seems to pair just fine, I think it should work well!

I think the heart rate is working, but there's no feedback through the SW3 to show my pulse, am I missing something there?

This app looks pretty great!

+Robert Le Blah mytracks works, but it's lacking in features compared to this or runkeeper.

Hired a BMW M5 from BMW Welt Munich today, So much power and so much fun. Was a fair bit of snow so kept it tame but even still, 240kph on the autobahn is a breeze.

+Robyn Watson puppy play time! Sounds like a good breed to me, should learn fast.

+Greg Bell blasphemy! Overpriced like an iPhone but hardly as overused! I've only seen one other M5 here other than that one.

Had a run this morning, and unfortunately, after 3.8kms the GPS stopped. I ran about 7km all up, and only got about half of it. I manually changed the distance in the event, but you can see from the trail that it stopped logging.

Also, after going pro, my custom faces didn't come across to the watch.

https://www.runtastic.com/en/users/alexei-watson/sport-sessions/428143396

Can we add an option to submit a log file or something?

+Craig Jarratt I got rid of the dodgy watch face that was draining my battery, went for another run, all good. 8k's, no hiccups. Loving the cadence readout when running.

I also uninstalled and reinstalled the app beforehand, probably achieved nothing.

Still loving the app!

Bug report (x3)

1. Tested the new runkeeper upload; it worked, but heart rate information didn't exist in runkeeper after the upload. I deleted the event then manually uploaded the .gpx file and the heart rate info was all there.

2. Event times are out in to the future in runkeeper.
In ghostracer the filename says 7:33am today, in runkeeper the info says 5.33am tomorrow. In reality I ran at about 6.33pm GMT+11.
Edit: this one looks to be a runkeeper app bug. it's correct in the web interface, and correct in runtastic. also the elevation profile is out of wack only in runkeeper.

3. Ghostracer crashing when I add the .gpx within app. I sent the bug report.

Keep up the good work!

Thanks for your feedback.
1- will have to look in to it, I'm sure I tested it before with heartrate but something must be going wrong.

2. I keep thinking the time zone issues are fixed but not having an easy way of testing them makes it awkward.

3.Thanks for the bug report, I forgot all about updating the import gpx function after I changed the database slightly. Will have to get an update out soon

So in Australia, ADSL is no longer classified as broadband, and much of the new fttn connections won't be either.

FCC changes broadband's definition to 25Mbps or higher

Post by +Andrew Grush
Despite protests from all the major ISPs out there, the Federal Communications Commission has voted in favor of officially changing the definition of “broadband”.

We had an amazing meal with delicious wine and five star dishes. presentation was superb and the wait staff were both helpful and friendly. The price while not the cheapest, was very reasonable for the quality of the food. definitely recommended.

Great environment and food, with a stunning view. The food is slightly on the expensive side, the $1+ surcharge for any type of card payment is a bit archaic. There is often really great local live music acts.

Really friendly staff that are passionate about animals. It's never great having to go to a vet, however it helps that the staff here take all the time needed to offer the best help possible. Our dog is actually excited to go in the door, as he always gets lots of pats, treats and attention.
