Blue Diamond Almonds sent me some toasted coconut almonds as part of a sponsored campaign, so I added my own twist to the basic Hello Dolly #recipe to create a simple, quick and yummy treat just in time for the U.S. vs Portugal #worldcup  game. 
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup chocolate shortbread cookie crumbs
2 Tbl melted butter
1 Tbl water
1/3 cup butterscotch chips
1/3 cup semisweet chips
2/3 cup flaked unsweetened coconut
1/3 cup chopped Blue Diamond coconut almonds
13 oz sweetened condensed milk 
Preheat to 350
Line 9 inch square baking pan with parchment paper

Put crumbs in a small bowl. Drizzle butter and water  over them and mix with fork. Pat (not press) the mixture into the baking pan. Put the chips, almonds and coconut over the crust, then bake for about 25-30 minutes. Cool completely. Enjoy. Start now and they'll be ready before kick-off in 30 minutes!!!
