Innovation is a fundamental part of our techie world. It was great to sit down with Inc.'s Anil Rathi to talk about how innovation has been and continues to be part of my path.
A window into how one of the search engine's top thinkers helps foster a culture of innovation.

There are hundreds of symbols available to help you add graphical elements like arrows, shapes, and non-Latin characters in Docs, Slides, and Drawings, but sometimes they’re not so easy to find.

That’s why there are now a couple of new ways to help you find just the right character or symbol to insert--you can now search by keyword, or even just draw what you’re looking for if you’re not sure what it’s called.

To add symbols and characters to your documents, presentations, and drawings, click the Insert menu and select Special characters. http://goo.gl/5yxQPq

How do we turn this around? Let's start from being aware at the very least.
There's one adjective that's never used to criticize men, yet it shows up at an alarming rate in women's performance reviews.

If you have been to Japan and tried the real sushi experience where you eat what the chef tells you to, you should know this is not it. Whether you want to pay $20 per item given this information, is up to you. If you haven't been to Japan, you should also think about the above.

Can someone explain to me how the same cafe in Palo Alto serve hot drinks in real cups and here it is only served in plastic cups? Overall, I am not likely to go back here, would rather drive to PA instead.

Second time at Zibibo. First one was pretty good a few months ago, this time around it's a total disappointment. Food and service were definitely low quality for a restaurant of Zibibo level. They would not create a custom cheese and charcuterie plate and charge for tasting the wine?! Paella was the hottest I ever got in a restaurant - it just would not cool off and was impossible to eat like that. On top of all, the place itself is so huge that it's impossible to fill it and it looks pretty empty on a Fri night, even though quantity-wise there is enough people there.
