This year I've spent some time capturing videos whilst running. And since I am now on holidays I also got to stitch all 168 videos together for a little montage. Enjoy my 2014 while I am busy planning the next season :-)

First music video I see that leverages second screen. This is actually quite cool.

Quick montage from my 16K Survival-Run weekend journey to the Serengeti wild life theme park in Germany. Very awesome event, great course to run/crawl/climb/swim and it's comparably inexpensive. Had a lot of fun there, fourth time in a row.

Why a little project management expertise wouldn't harm now and then  - obviously there's still a lot to do.

Volkwagen again outdid themselves. That's just plain simple, effective and hopefully lasting.

A little collection from my first Brocken-Challenge 80K participation. It's a charity ultra-marathon that leads from Göttingen to the top of Northern Germany's highest mountain, the Brocken.
It's a lovely course that passes open fields and villages before entering the Harz national forrest and finally leading up the mountain peak with alpine climate conditions.
While the last two years participants were struggeling with huge amounts of fresh snow along the way, this year's weather conditions were rather moderate. Whereas moderate says, you still better get some extra spikes or tracks beneath your feet.
It's a tremendous race, huge compliments towards all volunteers who cared so much for the runners, before, during and after the race.
If somebody's looking for a real challenge: here you have it!
