If you need to transfer structured data between systems, but are concerned about the overhead that XML and JSON add, you can now use Google Protocol Buffers directly in +Altova MapForce 2019 for your data transformation/mapping/conversion/ETL projects.
Protocol Buffers are a language- and platform-neutral binary data format where the structure is described in an accompanying .proto file (similar to how an XML Schema .xsd file describes the structure of an XML file).
