Lol, thanks for thinking of me.  "...additional fee of $10 to $20 per class (dependent on location) for classes held outside of San Francisco County."  Wow, only any extra $20 to have her come to New Jersey :-P

Get yourself pampered while you are getting a top professional hair cut. One of the few places in the city where my stylists can use scissors and get my hair cut properly. It is pricey but I'm worth it. Don't forget to book much in advance.

Attentive, great coffee and even better almond cake (my perdition). The prices were not bad and the designis superb. I'd get here to do some work or chat to my friends. I love their woody decor too.

Not impressed at all. The hotel needs an urgent face lift not to mention cleaner carpets and some technology. It's a shame for a great city like Austin to have this mediocre 4 seasons. The restaurant grill at the hotel wasn't bad either but my room was a real disappointment for the price we paid for.

Disappointing and uncharming like many other St Regis I've stayed in. This hotel is in urgent need of a complete redone. We were assigned room 204 where we were obviously given a parking lot view (this is supposed to be a suite). This hotel resembles more of an old Marriott rather than a St Regis... The room was dated and quite depressing. Yes, the service was just good but because people at the front desk/reception are well trained...

I´ve stayed in this hotel several times for business and leisure. So far, I´ve had a great experience: their gym is huge; rooms are clean and spacious and their staff is attentive. One aspect for improvement is their restaurant, while it is still a good option, I think the selection needs to be improved (in particular for breakfast) with more healthy options

This place lives for what it is: a simple hotel with a simple service. The rooms are not large but enough if you are coming for a convention or business. Accessible to most of the shops and quite an attractive design makes this hotel a credible destination in Austin.

I´ve stayed many times in this property and I have to admit I dont have any complaints about it. It is what it is: a W in the middle of Times Sq with all the good and bad. Expect some levels of noise and buzz all around and some possible NYC attitude from their staff (at times). The rooms are of a decent size (a bit grim for my taste). Try their breakfast at "Blue Fin" overseeing Times Sq.
