Complete lack of care for the customer. He charged $495 for a pair of orthotics, but measured my feet wrong so the right side was raised instead of the left. I told him that and he tried to get me to just take them, but I pressed my point and he supposedly sent them away to be done right. Two week later I went for another meeting to get the proper orthotics and he kept it really brief at under 3 minutes. That was yesterday. Today I tried them on and they are again raised on the wrong foot... Complete lack of care. I am now trying to get a refund, as I can't trust his sevices.

We had a very bad experience with Furniture Mattress Direct as we were looking for a dining table. The product we saw online and wanted to buy was not available in store. The sales person told us that the next shipment would come in mid-October, but if we submitted a PayPal deposit he will get the order processed. We didn't receive an email reply confirm receipt of payment or an indication of the exact date when the product would be shipped to our home, and asked for a refund of the deposit. 13 days have passed since we asked for the refund and we're still waiting for a reply...
