Almost every time I talk to someone about content marketing, or try pitching them on doing it, the same question comes up: “What's the ROI of content?” or “How do you measure ROI with content marketing?” And recently, there are several articles questioning the ROI of content, like this one from ...

Great read.
Keywords: Silicon Valley appears to have given up on solving anything but its own problems: those afflicting the same 20-somethings who are building these startups. The problem lies with venture capitalists, not entrepreneurs.

One I've the better posts I've read on emotions in marketing.
To understand emotion in marketing, we have to understand the four emotions. Here's how happiness, sadness, fear and anger motivate us to action.

Introduction

Alex McArthur is an internet junky. He enjoys search marketing, fooling around with all web technologies, and working on his many current web projects...most of which will probably never even go live.  Check out my blog - I'm averaging less than one post per year.

Currently, he is a digital marketing consultant, improving results online across a variety of mediums.  Previously he has was VP of R&D at SEO.com, VP of Search at OrangeSoda.com, a leader in small business search marketing, Xactware, the top insurance software solution, and Amacai / Localeze.  He attended Brigham Young University and makes it to every football game possible.

He can often be found at search engine marketing events such as SMX, SES, PubCon, or Kelsey Group.  He has spoken on topics such as local search and SEO at SMX, IMA, various Chambers of Commerce and other events.  Alex also has content on WebmasterRadio.fm, UtahCEO, Impact Magazine, Elance, many blogs and was an original contributer to David Mihm's local search ranking factors.

I've only tried the California burrito and the nachos, but I've been back many times over the years. Food is greasy. The building is old. Service is average. But I love it and I'll continue to go back.

I'd eat dinner at Tepanyaki every night if I could. Love this place - get the sweet noodles instead of the rice. Big fan of the Geisha Special and dig the ginger? salad dressing.

Love this place. I wish there were other unique eating establishments in the area like it.

The menu selection is small, but everything on it is amazing. Atmosphere is unique and service is excellent. Easily the best restaurant in Utah County in my opinion.

I know there are other sushi places in the valley that are considered better. But, I keep going back to this place because you can't beat the price or selection. If you can stand the heat try the Godzilla roll. Good stuff.
