And yet, when it comes to the second amendment, many "substantial obstacles" get a pass....
Michael C. Dorf is the Robert S. Stevens Professor of Law at Cornell University Law School; he blogs at Dorf on Law and is the co-author of the book Beating Hearts: Abortion & Animal Rights (2016). During the oral argument last year in Glossip v. Gross, Justice Samuel Alito accused the lawyer

I am absolutely tired of this with every single Google product, except for Maps...

My web browser at work locks up, and I can't use it till this window appears and I click the button.  Gmail, Hangouts, G+.....

This isn't the only oddity.. I also can't paste when using Hangouts or Facebook.  It is driving me insane, as I can't seem to fix it, or find anyone else with a similar problem.  And I am not an admin on this machine, so I can't go digging in the Registry or anything.

If I use my laptop, with an older version of IE, it doesn't do it.

Hey Google. Your new plus mobile app sucks. Why can't I figure out how to change my profile picture? Why can't I get to photos anymore? Why does your help section on the mobile app absolutely suck???

I'm about done with Google+. I used to like it the best, but now it is a chore to use.

The new Google Plus has caused me to go from a once every few days check in to a once a week or ten days check in. The change in my behavior has nothing to do with content, but in how bad the user experience is, regardless of whether I'm using an iOS or Android device.

What's odd is how the "updates" Google has released are simply adding normal functions of Old Plus back into New Plus.

Sigh..

Over the weekend 16 people were hospitalized in a mass shooting in New Orleans. The shooting received very little media coverage, and zero response from D.C. lawmakers.

Ha!!
By the way, the "How to Survive Thanksgiving With Your Awful, Terrible Family That Caused You to Self-Harm When You Were 14" type article has leapt from its usual perch at hardcore leftwing blogs -- the HuffPo, Salon, Vox, Slate, etc. -- to the allegedly "mainstream" media, at the Washington ...

Google Plus is still blocking any and all links to voxday.blogspot.com

Every single time I share an article that links to there, the post disappears.

Doesn't matter the topic.

#VoteOhio

What shenanigans are these??

I was required to fill out a provisional vote because I was listed as requesting an absentee ballot. I did not request one.

When they were setting up the provisional ballot, she tapped on Republican, it selected Democrat. Poll worker didn't notice, I pointed it out. She argued with me, then finally noticed. They handed me a paper ballot and an envelope. I placed my provisional ballot in the box.

I did not request an absentee ballot. Period.

Really Google+?

Which ones?

Got this as an email.
"Dear Alex Johnson,

Spamming, including sending unwanted promotional or commercial content, or engaging in unwanted or mass solicitation, is not permitted.
Continued violation of our policies can lead to the loss of your ability to use some or all features of Google+ and other Google services. Learn more

And got this as a pop up when I logged in this morning...

Exactly which posts Google? I haven't pushed for any promotional or commercial content, and I post PRIVATELY most of the time, so it isn't mass solicitation.  If someone doesn't want to see something I post, they are free to remove me from their circles...

I've received one of those before. After a while I figured out that I had linked to a federally age restricted product on a public post.

Replaced the passenger side wheel bearing today. Had to go get another socket, as the one I had was just too big.

Drool!!
This 1925 Bugatti Type 35B is one of the very faithful reproductions made by the talented craftsmen at Pur Sang in Argentina. True to the original in nearly allrespects, Pur Sang's replicas are built using original drawings and even mostly original manufacture techniques. Though far from cheap,
