Well then

We've had not shortage of leaked pictures of the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 edge+ to ogle at over the past several weeks. However, a new shot has surfaced of what looks to be an official press render of each device side-by-side.

However, a new shot has surfaced of what looks to be an official press render of each device side-by-side. The renders come from prolific leaker Evan Bliss, and appear to show the highest quality look yet at the two unannounced Samsung smartphones. Other...

The new Moto G is stupidly good.

But there's absolutely something to be said for the mid-range these days, that category of phone that tries to balance style and performance with a price that doesn't break your wallet. And there are all sorts of options out there....

+Richard Devine true, but a £5 unlock code should fix that. Moto g in the UK is £210 for the 2gb version I think anyways. Seems kind of high for what past moto g use to go for and imo isn't the best value anymore.

Looks nice. Nice enough to justify the hype?

This is the OnePlus 2
We're mere hours away from the big OnePlus 2 reveal, however the next flagship phone from the upstart manufacturer has already been unveiled in its entirety by a poster over on the Android Central forums. AC forums poster chinaleakking has outed the OnePlus 2 in what appears to be a series of professionally-shot photos of the phone. They show a handset with a metal frame, the...

It doesn't have to justify the hype. It just has to justify it's asking price (plus any "invite" hassle) relative to other phones in it's segment.

Europe's getting a bigger M9

YOU BUY

One year ago today I had three different windows in my office covered in dry erase marker, and was slowly assembling those scribbles into my first work of fiction. Can't believe it has only been a year.

While I was sleeping, +Russell Hollyand +Andrew Martonik cranked out all of the everything on the OnePlus 2

OnePlus has finally pulled the covers off of its next phone. And despite all of the leaks and teases there are plenty of new and interesting things to explore. It has been 460 days since OnePlus last announced a smartphone — its only smartphone, actually. And as co-founder Carl Pei is quick to tell…

Today, we're taking another look at the very same handset, but in gold and white. While the shots of this unique phone do not reveal any new details of the hardware, it's good to see such a luxurious looking option could be made available. We'll eagerly await...

VR vs VR vs VR

We've been talking a lot about VR recently, and with good reason. There's a lot of exciting things happening all across this emerging tech market, and every company wants in on the action. Google's Cardboard VR initiative makes it simple and inexpensive to get a taste of the VR experience, while…

Google's Cardboard VR initiative makes it simple and inexpensive to get a taste of the VR experience, while the HTC Vive plan to take gaming to an entirely new place later this year with SteamVR. "The Xperia Z3+'s biggest problem is the continued existence of the original Z3"

Plus or Minus: Sony's high-end handset for 2015 is part spectacular flagship, part disappointing compromise.
Plus or Minus: Sony's high-end handset for 2015 is part spectacular flagship, part disappointing compromise. The quick take The latest Sony flagship is a decent phone set back by hardware wonk and some wrongheaded design decisions. While the core experience is good, the Xperia Z3+ loses points for thermal issues, particularly when using the camera, and battery life that's outpaced...

More rumors swirling today on a possible GS6 Edge Plus with a bigger screen. Here's what it could mean:
Reports suggesting a new Galaxy S6 variant is in the works leave us with more questions than answers. All the same, a 5.7-inch 'GS6 Plus' remains an intriguing possibility. Remember how Samsung was supposed to release the Galaxy S5 Prime last year, but then didn't? And then how that device was supposed to have turned into the Galaxy F, which in turn vanished like a startled vampire...

Hmm... A way to bring the new design to the big screen and still keep the note line as is? Not a bad idea...
