Though failing is part of life, it’s easy to follow the rabbit down the hole of self-sabotage.

The world could do with a little bit more kindness, couldn’t it? It’s not just how much kindness we receive, but also how much we are able to give. When frustration and heavy emotions stand in the way, it’s easy to forget that we’re all just specks of dust moving through a limitless cosmos.

Not able to live up to your expectations? Do you feel like other people don’t understand what you’re all about? It sounds an awful lot similar to what my own experience has proven to be over the last couple of years, and getting out of this vicious cycle of judging myself and those around me has taken a big toll on my own well-being.

Here’s one of the ultimate concepts forming a base of your inner balance and emotional wellbeing: in order to be happy, you pretty much need to have adequate self-esteem sprinkled with a generous amount of confidence.
Here’s one of the ultimate concepts forming a base of your inner balance and emotional wellbeing: in order to be happy, you pretty much need to have adequate self-esteem sprinkled with a generous amount of confidence. There is something, though, that prevents many from achieving this goal - in particular, a very vague understanding of the “self-esteem concept” as such. Of course, everyone kind of knows what self-esteem is, even if intuitively. Fo...

Is detention really the answer to making kids behave, or does it further promote negative emotions in them? Robert W. Coleman Elementary School found that kids who attended their holistic program — classes on yoga and meditation — showed significant improvements in positive behavior, and rather than lashing out on each other, kids began to use more mindful approaches for solving problems with their classmates.
