I am so excited to work directly with mothers to inspire and support them as they make changes in their food, exercise, attitude, and nutrition, essentially making a healthy lifestyle their family's lifestyle.

A variety of noob questions...

1. Can someone clarify Theme Ready Gapps? I am hesitant to install these since they are quite important overall in ones device. I downloaded the ones recommended at the Google Play Store MAGPIE Theme page but am hesitant to install. Are these matched to my chosen Gapps? Will this interfere with Gapps automatically updating? Anything else to consider or maybe just over thinking this?

2. Is there an ability to theme the Google search widget black (with MAGPIE)?

3. How exactly does one install themed nav bar buttons? I downloaded and installed one of the zips from the G+ section here but nothing seemed to change in Substratum app. I probably need a step by step here...

Thanks much!

Here is your homework assignment: look in your pantry for something with a picture of a fruit or vegetable. .. then see if that fruit or veggie is in the first three listed ingredients. If not (most likely), then chalk or up to marketing BS.

Can someone confirm if the Magpie theme applies to the Google Voice app? I have an unusable black font on dark grey background there that I'm pretty sure wasn't there prior to applying the layer. What is the exact file name of the responsible apk? Also, generalizing this question how can one determine the exact correspondence between apks and which App gets the changes? Sometimes the apk title makes it clear, sometimes not (at least for my level of Layers sophistication...). Thanks in advance.

Bad fats are bad.
But... Good fats are good!

Are you worried about the fats your family is eating?

In three easy steps you can begin replacing bad fats with good fats.

1. Do not buy anything with the words "hydrogenated oil" or partially hydrogenated oil" in the ingredient list.
2. Reduce meat in your recipes by half. Replace with mushrooms or vegetables.
3. Add nuts and seeds into your diet as a snack or by mixing into recipes.

By reducing the animal source fats and chemically altered trans-fats (AKA hydrogenated oils), and by increasing the wholesome sources of natural fats, you will find a delicious way to enjoy "good fats" in your diet and to reap all the health benefits they offer!

This is just a snippet of the information packed inspiration you could be received from me!

Super easy breakfast! Croissant rolls in a can, wrapped around sausage (veggie in this case). Served with fresh fruit and a dab of whipped cream from a can (because no one had any time outs the day before! Yay!).
