It was a clean hotel with a decent breakfast but I would not stay there again, there were rooms upstairs on third level and a balcony above my room, you could hear people going up and down steps and it sounded like a heard of elephants were on the balcony. Needless to say that I didn't get much sleep during my stay. The closet was very small and was aprox. 3 1/2ft high, you had to get on your hands and knees to use it.

I had a great time at this hotel. It was clean, up to date, and in a great location. The breakfast was nice and everyone was friendly

It´s a great location for a weekend stay in Key West. Clean rooms, reasonable rates and close to the old town!

Firstly, make sure you are getting the room you see on the website. We were put in what seemed to be a renovated attic. It was spacious (minus the bathroom and shower was very small). However this was not the room we signed up for. Our room had faux wood flooring and the tv was not viewable from the bed. Secondly, the "free wireless internet" is only available "down by the pool". Apparently you should also try to get a room by the pool to pick up the internet. On a positive note the staff was very nice. The location seemed to safe. On the other hand, parking can be tricky. The island wasnt tooo crowded at the time we were there so parking was relatively stress free. More about location: not w/n walking distance to beaches, but we could walk to piers and duval st.

My husband and I love this property. It's nice and clean plus the breakfast is a perk. We also like the location that is closed to restaurants. We rented bikes down the street and had a blast. We had some nightmares in Key West with other hotels, so we highly recommend this property.

Great location. Reasonable rates. Very friendly, helpful staff. Very close walking distance to Old Town Bakery (phenomenal!) and Eaton Bikes rental shop.

The rooms have low ceilings, so watch out. The bathrooms are also tiny. Other than that, it is a nice place. Located close to everything. Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Parking can be an issue though. Overall, decent value.

While the room was a landing point for our 2 night excursion, it was VERY limited. Uber-limited parking, if you can find a spot you've won the lottery. There was no mention that the pool was rented out for the ENTIRE weekend, until after checkin was complete and they'd billed our credit cards. They did recommend some fun things to do such as the ISLESCAPES Dinner cruise and the walking food tour, but when we called to ask about something specific, they were unfamiliar with the local sites, sounds, happenings and hot spots. Our room was super plain with a cold, damp feel (actually a camper would have been cozier). When we asked for maid service we were told that they would get to it at their leisure and they made it clear that we were not a priority ( I guess we didn't rent out the pool, huh). When we called the lobby to ask about WIFI, we were told that you might be able to get it from the balcony if you held your laptop out over the edge and they didn't suggest anything else either. One matress was hard as a rock and the other had springs poking out the side by about 2 inches. When we mentioned receiving compensation for the lousy stay; no pool, no wifi, and springs, we were told by the manager "oh, we don't do that here". So choose to stay AT YOUR OWN RISK and DO NOT EXPECT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

OMG! Is this how you feel when you walk the Old Seven Bridge coming down to Key West? Sunset joy!
This is Todd Fox doing a celebratory dance and it sure looks fun. He is a dancer from Miami.

Ahhh...nothing like a sunset sail onboard the Western Union in Key West. It's been a beautiful December so far and we're looking forward to all the great holiday events going on in town! You can find out more info about them here. Ho, Ho, Ho!!

Homemade rum in now legal in Key West. We stopped by Chef's Distillery at 105 Simonton Street to try some of their rum. OMG, so smooth and delicious; great flavors including the first ever Florida Key Lime Rum. Definitely stop by to get some and see the distillery when you're here staying at our hotels!

It's about that time to head over to the Queen for a cortadito; it's definitely our favorite place for an afternoon coffee on Margaret street in Key West. I'll have 4 to go, please. Have you had yours and your medianoche? (midnight sandwich with ham, pork, swiss & pickles melted together under a press) Delicious! Maybe I'll get one of those too....
