This bed and breakfast is wonderful. Centrally located between Nob Hill and downtown Albuquerque, it's close to pretty much everywhere you want to be in the city. The hosts are wonderful people and the accommodations are fantastic. We stayed in the Cabinet House, a little 1-bedroom house that had a full kitchen and bathroom. We had 4 people in our group, and all fit comfortably with a pull-out couch/bed and a king-size bed in the bedroom. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, maybe the best omelette I've ever had. And the grounds were very charming and provided the perfect setting for our friend's wedding ceremony and reception. If you're looking to stay in Albuquerque in style and comfort for a ver reasonable price, stay at the Downtown Historic B&B. You will not be disappointed!

I had a business conference in downtown Albuquerque. I walked to and from the bed and breakfast daily, and always appreciated the quiet, clean place awaiting at the beginning and end of my days. I missed the breakfasts, I understand they are very good, but was happy making my own from the supply of fruits, hard boiled eggs, granola, etc. that was available to me. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a bit of an out of the way place. Enjoyed it completely.

Really enjoyed the Murder Mystery Dinner! Gorgeous space, delicious meal, and so much fun participating in this goofy historical mystery. My recommendation is to play it up, go for it, full-out -- the character you are assigned to play. This experience, like most, is exactly as much fun as you make it.

Absolutely amazing experience. Steve and Kara are incredible sweet and that made the experience all the better. The houses are clean, homely, and worth it just for the amazing decorations. The location is great, the backyard is beautiful, and the experience is so much better than any hotel could ever offer.

I LOVED everything about this B&B. I stayed at the Ivy room and had a large bed, a living room and a pretty big and awesome (private) balcony. I loved the comfort, decoration, location. It was close to a few good restaurants and walking distance to the convention center. I took the suggestion to go to Farina Pizzeria and it was GREAT! The owners were also pretty awesome! They were very responsive and helpful. I accidentally left my purse behind at the front porch and Steve kindly put it inside the house and texted me before I realized I didn't have it. Definitely saved me from a heart attack and from not being able to leave Albuquerque since everything including my ID was in the purse. I recommend this place 100% and next time I hope to join the Mystery Dinner.

Such a lovely place to stay! Very clean, and very friendly. The breakfasts were terrific! They also oversaw the wedding we attended onsite, and they did a lovely job making sure that everything was taken care of, making it a perfect day! Thank you!

It's hard to put into words just how amazing our stay was at the Historic B&B of Albuquerque! Steve & Kara, thank you so much for all you did, for your hard work and for your attention to each detail, ensuring that our son's wedding was, well, perfect. The garden setting was beautiful and intimate and so many of our guests commented on this. The location is quiet and the rooms wonderful. Thank you also for the excellent breakfasts you served. It was a treat we anticipated each morning. My 12-year-old grandson summed it up best as we were preparing to leave -- I don't want to go, I love this place. Amen to that!
