Discussion -Google wants to make screens that are connected like Lego blocks
Google is working on a new display technology that allows it to connect displays as Lego blocks, which show among all the content. The news was published by The Wall Street Journal.
It is a secret project of Google X labs led by MIT heading to a small group of engineers who must solve some key points.
The first is that the screens must be connected with them, cannot have nor display bezels "seams" and your software should allow the "pixels" to "stretch" or "shrink", depending on the image.
The idea is that people can connect devices to a larger screen, according to the tastes and needs of users.
Google is flirting with the idea of technology blocks. With Ara Project, a project of Google X, tries to make a phone that is armed with blocks, to taste. Already last year since Google did an experiment called Google Chrome Racer in connecting various smartphone's side by side to make a race track.
