Most of the doctors are OK, although there are a few who give very odd advice; in general the women doctors are better then the men. I had one doctor write me a referral once which was barely literate. There is often a long wait - last time I took my very ill wife (ill to the extent that when we finally saw the doctor she immediately packed her off to hospital emergency) we had to wait for an hour, with nowhere to sit but on uncomfortable chairs. You need to choose your doctor carefully, and ring before arriving to find out if there's going to be a long wait or not.

We spent over a year getting quotes, reading reviews and magazines, before landing on Rosemount almost by accident (and finding some good reviews). We did not once regret our decision. Every part of the process was wonderfully managed, and we were kept fully informed at every stage. From the first meeting to discuss our wishes, through the measuring and installation, we had full and complete communication with the project manager. The tradesmen involved: builders, tilers, plasterers, electricians, plumbers, cabinet-makers marched in and out of our house like well-drilled troops, and each one without exception did meticulous work. At times we wanted a few changes, to things like cupboard doors, and our wishes were promptly attended to. At the end we had visits from one of the company owners, who checked out the new kitchen, and made doubly sure that it met his own high standards. The final result is a kitchen which has exceeded our hopes, and which not only looks fantastic, but which is a great pleasure to be in. We can't thank Rosemount enough not only for their superb work, but for their project management, and for ensuring that a complete kitchen re-build was performed with as little disruption as possible to our household. Having had plenty of work done around the house over the years, I recognize and appreciate quality work, and Rosemount provide that in abundance. They're also terrific people to deal with, and we've enjoyed meeting them.
