As a #PremierGold member of +United's #MileagePlus Programme, with 15 years of heavy flying on the airline, I've been really disappointed with their performance since their merger with Continental. But this, this is very bad, and shows systematic problems underlying the entire business...

Frontier (US only?) is not any better.  They berated us about bags on the last flight - scolding, ridiculing and saying we should buckle during turbulence so we didn't sent their expensive ceilings!  I'm fed up with air travel these days.
