I think it's a clever commercial, in that it's likely to appeal to the buying demographic - US professionals who think of themselves as cool. As a European, it doesn't work for me, but that doesn't matter in the least. Yes. it's a little xenophobic, but here in the UK, we have adverts that stereotype Americans as brash and loud. It's whatever works for those to whom who you are selling your products.

Introduction
I'm a speaker, author and media coach working with individuals and organisations to build and protect their reputations.

I offer keynotes, workshops, seminars and after-dinner speeches and act as a facilitator at events round the world.

I'm Past President of the Global Speakers Federation, and work around the world with fellow speakers and companies.

My professional qualifications include - MCIPR (Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations), FPSA (Fellow of the Professional Speakers Association) and PSAE (Professional Speaking Award of Excellence)

For the past 25 years, I have appeared regularly on BBC TV News, Sky News, Radio 4 and Radio 5 Live as well as in every ITV region and dozens of local radio stations.

My most recent book, The Exceptional Speaker, co-authored with Paul du Toit, was published in September 2013.
