Wow, ChaCha20 and Poly1035 are really impressive.  AES is still better for modern Intel chips, for example, which have hardware-accelerated AES, though.
 
Update on ChaCha20+Poly1305 in Chrome and OpenSSL.

I'm Living in Brazil ( São Paulo city) and last 2 weeks my note 2, and 2 galaxy note 2014 edition return me or things from Berlin or from Italy, never from Brazil.
Same if I force using some GPs fake program still the same.
google support say they are "trying to find the source of the problem".
