Can #JTBD be applied to copywriting? Have you tried? Special thanks to @copyhackers for awesome input!
Jobs to Be Done is the secret behind many a great new product. But have you thought of using JTBD interviews to write copy? See how in this post.

Just released! Get a 5 min overview of JTBD.

I've created a site that makes it easier to introduce JTBD to other people. If you don't know about Jobs-to-be-Done, then check it out yourself. It's a new way to think about product design, marketing and advertising.

Check it out. http://jtbd.info/

I don't see anything 'lean' about this. This is how I would describe a very heavy product development process, specifically the focus on deliverables (PRDs, wireframes, Photoshop...). Where's the lean part, or rather, what non-lean processes is this replacing?

It was 7pm Monday night and a Google Now alert went off: it was time to record my expenses. Even though I hadn't recorded business expenses for long time…I decided that since I'd probably be doing this more in the future: I should switch to a product dedicated to creating expense reports.
