This is the home of an exciting upcoming Summit featuring Google for Education which takes place in Dublin City University on Thursday 19th and Friday 20th March 2015, cost to attend is €45 for this day and half event.
 
The summit is focused on helping you get the most out of Google Apps in the Education environment.  It will promote the use of Google Apps to enhance learning and collaboration with multiple sessions for all levels of user.  The sessions will be led by Google education experts, and colleagues from other educational institutions, in Ireland and abroad, who will share their experiences of harnessing the power of Google Apps.
 
This event will include keynote presentations and informative sessions with topics such as:
 
- How Google changed the way I work?
- Teaching and learning in the 21st century
- Is my data safe with Google?
- Getting the best out of Google drive
 
We have lots of fun activities including a ‘demo slam’ competition, where attendees share quick two minute demos of something they have learned using Google Apps….with great prizes.
 
There will be a dedicated area open ‘nonstop’ where you can drop in to try out Google glass, Chromebooks and Chromecast devices.
