Asked to do a review of my quick repair yesterday. I've been a customer of Honda of Seattle off and on for over two decades, but not as often as I don't live close enough to go there all the time. Recently took my van in for a recall fix as I had errands in Seattle. I can say that the service department still seems excellent. I think that the possible extra cost of taking it to a dealer is offset by the expertise they bring.
