Rajesh Magar: In my opinion I would suggest you should contact that website owner instead.

Demand them to represent you credibility as an owner of those materials with graphical representation (LOGO) and proper CANONICAL tagging towards actual parent content

- Also if you are not interested to let them do so; then Digg deep into your site logs and hunt-down their ROBOTS

(Disallow their robots from viewing/copying you material)

And last but not least: You can file Copyright complaint to drag them into the court for stealing your content.

You can report webspam by submitting a webspam report via the following link: https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/spamreportform

We also have a Chrome extension which will allow you to report webspam directly from Google search. Find the extension here: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/efinmbicabejjhjafeidhfbojhnfiepj.

We investigate reports prioritizing by user impact, and take appropriate action when we uncover abuse. This action may include a removal from Google’s search results, but just because a site isn’t completely removed from our results doesn’t mean we haven’t taken appropriate steps to prevent abuse of our index.
