www.airtempco.com  Fall Winter Heat Warmth

A new customer to us called saying their thermostat to their furnace was not working. We scheduled an appointment that same day. We arrived and immediately started to trouble shoot the unit. After a moment we noticed that the unit was just too old and was giving up because of its age. We recommended a new one. After a few days the customer called us back saying they wanted to go ahead with a new furnace. The customer is very warm and very happy now.

Arco AM/PM AC Repair
A customer of ours called because the A/C in am/pm store was not cooling. The employees were hot and so where the customers. We were called out to figure what the problem could be. After troubleshooting it was determined the compressor needed to be swapped out. The  AC repair was done successfully and now everyone at the store is nice and fresh for the rest of the summer.

New A/C Installation www.airtempco.com

We received a call from a customer in San Mateo asking for an appointment to repair their air conditioning. The system was not cooling and it was creating ice. Our contractor went out the same day and after troubling shooting the unit explained what was causing  it to not work. After a moment they asked if replacing would be a possibility and we said it was certainly an option they had. End result: the customer opted to replace the A/C system they had with a new one. We were happy we were able to help them out.

After seeing the units age our contractor recommended a newer more efficient model (something quieter as well). She went with the recommendation and wala, our customer is now enjoying her new A/C and nice fresh air in her home...another happy home and happy customer.

A/C in Menlo Park replaced

A longtime and loyal customer recommended his neighbor to us. He did so after we replaced his A/C at his home. They recently both experienced their block getting flooded after the city was handling some repairs on the water lines on their block. Both units had water damaged (being that they are not designed to be submerged under water, but only with stand the out door elements. Nevertheless the units needed to be replaced.  Here are some  pictures of the unit that was replaced at the neighbors house. Nice, new, cool and efficient...just what summer calls for .

A/C in Hillsborough not cooling

A new customer to Air Temp called saying her Air Conditioning system would turn on but would not cool one bit. We were able to schedule her that same day. After trouble-shooting the unit we found the coil system had a leak in it. We informed of the repairs that needed to be done in order to fix the problem and she gladly agreed to do the repairs. The coils to the A/C needed replacing. After a couple hours of repairs the unit was running nice and smoothly. A happy customer was the end result.
