Vacant homes are vulnerable! If you have a vacant house on the market, think about staging it. It may sell faster, and your staging deal might even include a home manager. http://ow.ly/RmRW7
There is no fee to the seller for this service, and the home managers generally pay half of what market rates would be to rent a similar property. The money doesn't go to the seller, but to the staging company.

ONE OF THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANIES OUT THERE! DONT BUY !!!! BEWARE!! THEY DONT WANT TO PAY ANYONE! WE HAD ROOF DAMAGE ON OUR HOUSE AND HAD A ROOFER LOOK AT IT AND ALSO CLAIM ADJUSTER CAME. THEY CAME BACK WITH A DAMAGE FORM HAIL IS SEVERELY PREJUDICED. WHILE A FEW BLOCKS A HEAD MY FRIEND WITH GEICO HAD THEIR CLAIMS SENT AND PAID WITHIN 3 WEEKS! OH DID I MENTION? YOU HAVE TO CALL THEM 20 TIMES FOR THEM TO ACTUALLY PICK UP ONCE , AND ALSO THEY ALWAYS SAY YOUR CLAIM IS COMING IN A WEEK I TOOK ABOUT 4 WEEKS TIME . ALSO THEY PULLED A REASON ON MY CLAIM SAYING IT WAS TOO LATE AND MANY EVENTS CAN HAPPEN THEREFORE THEY CANT PROVE AND GIVE US A CLAIM. THIS IS THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY. NOW I HAVE TO SPEND 5-6K ON MY NEW ROOF CAUSE THIS BULLSHIT COMPANY ONLY LIKES MONEY BUT NEVER LIKES TO CLAIM ANYTHING. THEY ARE SLOW, VERY UNRESPONSIVE ALSO TRULY THE WORST INSURANCE IVE BOUGHT. IM GOING BACK TO GEICO EVENTHOUGH ITS MORE EXPENSIVE

Crystal hawking is a joke. We had a grease fire in our home and it's take her almost 2 months to tell us anything. Still waiting on our money. This place sucks. I didn't pick it. We had citizens but got switched to this hell hole. They don't return.phone calls emails or anything. RIP off

Our experience with American Integrity has been they have no Integrity. They don't respond to phone calls or emails. We have our house for sale since April in Clermont, Florida and it suffered from a severe hail storm on June 1st. NOTHING has been accomplished with out claim. We have an adjuster working for us to get this accomplished and yet emails and phone calls have gone completely ignored. We lost a cash purchase on our home due to the insurance ignoring our claim. Other homes in the neighborhood have been getting their new roofs without issue. Why can't our claim be reviewed and a new roof put onto our house? Are you hoping that the interior of the home gets ruined should the roof allow rain to intrude? We have been called irresponsible homeowners for not just putting a new roof on the home and fixing all the other damages, i.e. the Lanai was tore up and so of course now the pool is filthy everyday that debris is allowed into the area. Pool equipment is being ruined. I am at my wits end with this company and no action has been taken. What does a person have to do take out a full page add in the News? An Engineer has reviewed the home and made a report yet no-one has provided that report to us and we still have no idea what needs to be fixed, replaced or if things are good. The Engineer stated that he would expedite his report to a 2 week time frame since the home was listed. That was over 4 weeks ago? Why can't someone respond to our adjuster? Please note I would rate this company as a negative rating except I don't see any negative stars to do that.

BEWARE...This place is a rip off. We replaced two shingles and after having switching our insurance to this company after 2 weeks they cancelled us for a "patched" roof. The shingles were replaced 4 years ago and have been through many storms with no difficulty. now we are stuck trying to buy cut rate replacement insruance or replacing a roof for $ 5K that does not need replacing. INSURANCE COMPANIES ARE CROOKS !

George, I understand why you would be upset by the cancellation of your policy. To find coverage for your home and then have the policy cancelled after an inspection is disappointing. The thing is, all insurance companies have to have guidelines to manage their exposure to risk. Unfortunately, given the current condition of your roof, your home does not fall within those guidelines. I know as a homeowner when your policy is cancelled it can feel like a personal attack, but I assure you we apply the same guidelines to all our customers.
