1. My flight to my destination was cancelled and I was forced to take a different flight 3 hours later. That was no big deal on its own, the problem was that I got hit with $90 of baggage fees I would not have had to pay before.

2. The flight there I took my very expensive and very fragile skydiving equipment with me on the plane without a problem. On the way back, your airline REFUSED to allow me to take my safety gear with exposed sensitive & fragile parts on the plane. I was forced to check in the luggage for an additional $50 in fees I should not have had to pay.

3. When I checked this luggage in I asked for 3 "fragile" stickers to place on the equipment and the exposed parts, BUT when I arrived in Dallas ALL THREE STICKERS WERE TORN OFF! Not only that, but the sleeve covering the body of my gear was ripped away and ruined ($165 replacement) showing highly sensitive safety gear. Parts of the rig were scratched, worn, and torn. It is going to cost me no less than $300 to have my rig brought back to functional level. Why in the world would your airline rip off all 3 fragile stickers!?! This is skydiving equipment, do you want me to die? Do you want a lawsuit because your staff's negligence caused the serious injury or death of an American passenger on your plane, because of mistreatment?

I am now out a MINIMUM of $605 have my gear inspected, repacked, safety tested, replace sleeve, and cost of unscheduled baggage fees. That does not include the damage you have done to my properties resale value and any further damage uncovered from the mistreatment of my equipment. My gear was in 100% working order when I walked into the airport and was inspected before I left the hotel. I was in Mexico to Skydive at an international event and this can all be verified.
