Get outside and enjoy the weather! Join Susan for Nordic Walk Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9 am. Our bungee poles provide resistance for a low impact hike along Big Dry Creek Trail - a great way to exercise outdoors (even in the snow) to get a full body workout.
