I'm giving this a 5 star for the zip lining tour. My boyfriend and I came here for their zip line and horse back riding package for our 2 yr anniversary trip on Easter. Horse back riding was at 11:30 and we went on the 1 pm 7 line zip line tour. The horse back riding was..ok. It was a good experience but I would probably never do it again. I felt as if anything could go wrong at any time. I didn't really feel the trust in the horses and I barely ever saw our guide. It might just be my opinion but I didn't feel safe. The zip line tour made me feel totally opposite. Now in the beginning I was TERRIFIED but while the staff and guides were setting us up their humor and easy going attitude made me feel at ease. Our guides were AWESOME! They were very easy to trust, made us laugh the whole time, were very informative and just tried their best to have us have a great time. As far as zip lining goes, this is the place to be. I can't wait to come back!

Great and friendly staff - Double lines for extra safety and a nice wooded environment too. The place is right across from Five Oaks outlets. This was our first time zip lining and we had a blast! We're definitely coming back later this summer to Sevierville and Pigeon Forge :)

On December 13, 2013 we went for our first Zip line ride. It was fantastic. Tyrone was very patient and funny. I am 73 and he made sure I had the best time ever. After the first two towers, I rode with him and he had me waving my arms and spinning around. FANTASTIC!! The scenery is just beautiful. When you go there, and you definitely should, ask for Tyrone. He is the best!

The management team was very nice. We did our first riding for about 20 mins until it rained. We headed back to the facility and were given a rain check. We came back to the 5 oaks for the free make-up riding two weeks later. Given the good service from the management team, the instructor we had was disappointing and helpless, which ruined our experience of the horse back riding here. Other than unfriendly warning us that horses would kick or bite us if they don't follow the original order in the line, the instructor barely helped anything like how to control the horses better or provide any assistance to the girl at the end of the line that was falling behind our team. He even refused to change any guys to be the last person of the line to help the girl out. This instructor was the same guy as we came first time, and the tips we gave him for the first 20 min riding was pretty generous. If you still want to give a shot here and not work with this guy with the getting-fired face, I would suggest you pick someone without name initial K.

Went here for horseback riding (found a deal through groupon so we snagged it up). Decent place if it's your first time on a horse. If you're looking for a more open, exciting ride, I would look elsewhere, and this trail is slow enough to where you could take a nap on your horse, and the groups they take are pretty large (approx. 20 in a group). It was still enjoyable, though. Also, we paid for an hour ride, and it only lasted around 40 minutes. Some people would probably complain about that, but it didn't bother me that much. The trail wasn't that scenic, either.

Very well presented professional, both older boys had a great time. Definitely recommend.
