Forward RISE is calling all artists to compete to be the official logo designer for their upcoming event, “Community Unity Day”. Community Unity day will be a fun-filled carnival with music, games and activities attended by hundreds of revelers. Designers will have the unique opportunity of showcasing their talent to thousands of viewers all over the web through Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram and any other social media platform they use. Anybody from every corner of the globe will be able to vote for their favorite logo and contestants are encouraged to promote their own submission as much as possible.
Here are the details:
April 1 - April 10 - Submissions will be accepted
April 11 - April 30 - Submissions will be made public and voting will take place on a dedicated Pinterest board
May 8 - The winner will be announced at a public award ceremony
October 10 - The logo will officially debut at "Community Unity"!
All submissions will be posted on the Forward RISE website & dedicated Pinterest board. Contestants are encouraged to promote their logo submission using #RISElogo
What does the winner get?
* Exposure all around the web as the contest is promoted & the public votes on their favorite submissions
* Choice of a variety of cool prizes valued at $75
* Honorary guest at a public award ceremony
* Recognition as the creator of the official logo of Community Unity Day
