On February 28, 2017, Nicky Jam with his song “Hasta el Amanecer” became the 50 video in the world that has more than 1 billion views on YouTube.

It has been just 2 months since Macklemore & Ryan Lewis ft. Wanz with their song: “Thrift Shop”, became the 40th video that passed 1 billion views on YouTube.

On this top 50 videos that have more than 1 billion views on #YouTube, the first on the list is still Psy with his “Gangnam Style” phenomenon. Although this number one YouTube video has 2,774,662,446 views (February 28, 2017) it has already been exceeded by Wiz Khalifa ft. Charlie Puth with their song: “See You Again” (2,476,075,798 views) who is the second most viewed video on Youtube, on the number of likes. “Gangnam Style” has 12,108,085 likes and “See You Again” has 13,483,938 likes at the time of writing this article.

Also, the numbers of views between this 2 songs is has been closer and closer so… we can see a new number one in this top of the most viewed Youtube videos, in the near future.
