This hotel is irresponsible and what they did to me is intolerable. I booked 2 rooms all through their website because they had cheaper rates. I showed the receptionist our booking confirmation when we checked in, but he didn't even look at it and failed to give us what we booked. The receipts they gave me were wrong and what's worse no only they overcharged us but also they mischarged me for only used one room as booked. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! A mistake after another. That is not just that. I wrote to them and told them their mistakes. Their respond was it is my fault. Then I sent the receipts and proofs to them then I got no response from them since. That's why I wrote this comment to show people the fact how this hotel does their work. I'm going to sue this hotel to get my justice and my money back. What is wrong is wrong.

Very nice hotel. Receptionist very helpful. Rooms are clean, but walls are thin, but that is like so on many many other hotels. Location is great and cablecar just nearby and bus 38 stops right outside the hotel.

Rooms are updated but tiny -- not good for family of 4. No A/C means window needs to be open, which means street noise, which means lack of sleep. Parking garage is a couple doors away. The attached Mediterranean restaurant is open late and is pretty good.

The room was really small, with a huge bed in the middle. No air conditioning, but a ceiling fan provided a cool breeze. The door to the room didn't close properly and had to be very firmly pushed to open. The bathroom was tiny, but clean. Several blocks walk from Union Square, this is a hotel to stay at when you are spending most of your day out sightseeing.

I had a really nice and pleasant experience staying in this hotel room. The check-in was pretty fast less than 5mins. The two ladies were really nice and polite to help me with anything. When I got to my room it smelled really good, I would love if anyone from the staff see this comment can tell me the spray that they used? lol I would appreciate it. The room was really tiny than what I was expecting. I didn't really like that outside my window was like another apartment and I can see people looking at me from the other side but me and my friend just close the curtains and problem solved. The bed was big but very comfortable to sleep in. The maid clean up my room every morning but there were some days where I can still see some stains on the sheets and I didn't really like it. I felt safe even walking at night although I was impressed by how many homeless people I saw on the streets, I felt really bad. There are some people who don't like this in an area but hey I come from NYC and guess what, we also have homeless people everywhere it's not only in SF. That didn't really bothered me since one day I was walking around by one of the most expensive hotels and I also saw that their location was just like this one, there were a lot of homeless people. I wouldn't rate the hotel by their location but more of the experience in general and how well the staff treats you.

Small rooms. Tiny bathroom. Great for sleeping and going out, as it is very close to the tourist attractions. Wifi free but clunky. Staff very friendly. Lobby is small but nice. If you get a good price , good choice if you plan to tour or spend most of the day out.

Adante hotel is a fine enough hotel to just go back to to and sleep, but if you're looking for a fancy roomy hotel room I'd go somewhere else. The rooms are very small and cramped. The shower in the bathroom doesn't hold a constant temperature, it gets hot and cold randomly. I will say that the beds are comfortable and there isn't much nose that goes on. Over all if you're not going to be spending much time at your hotel it's good to stay here but if you're looking for a fancy spacious place, keep looking.

No AC and the fan turns off I the middle of the night. Breakfast was literally only waffles and toasts. Neighborhood really ugly and poor
