Hi +Adam Roades ! We are changing our corporate discount program from a discount on the rate plan to a discount on the phone. This shift reflects the additional value we’ve already packed into Simple Choice over the last year. For more info visit: http://goo.gl/0zoflO -Janna

Bravo +T-Mobile for listening to customers & bringing back employer discounts! http://bit.ly/1i5vLNU (@T-Mobile)
Remember how T-Mobile said they'd be killing off employer discounts starting April 1st? Well, they're still doing it -- but now existing customers will be able to hold onto their discounts. More details in the post.

Introduction
A lifetime geek and tech enthusiast, I found my niche in instructional design and corporate training during my graduate work at George Mason. I have since worked almost exclusively in the federal government sector, designing and delivering training programs on a subject matter ranging from information security to information technology accessibility (Section 508 of the Rehab Act) to social software. I currently work as a social enterprise training and consultant.

When I'm not at work, my attention is devoted to my darling daughters and wife, as well as a regular fitness routine. I also manage to squeeze in hobbies like web design, guitar, and the djembe when possible.

I took two cars to Main Street. The first was a Toyota Matrix using a Groupon. I received a beautiful wash and an excellent mini-detailing. I could tell the staff had an eye for detail. The second time was less than a week later when my wife took our Sienna minivan to get the same service (albeit for full price). This time, the van's interior was so poorly done, she needed to spend an additional 20 minutes wiping and vacuuming the van to get to the same level of cleanliness as the car. The staff and management is friendly, but ultimately incompetent and not customer-friendly.

I have relatives who have lived in and around Reading for years. So I was surprised that we'd never tried The Ugly Oyster before. Walking in the pub on the unassuming city corner, my wife and I were pleased by the authentic Irish pub atmosphere complete with Guinness decor. We ordered the pretzel/cheese/crab appetizer - tasty! - then settled in with a Guinness, the mussels (big portion!), and the fish & chips (crispy and delicious). Since it was a Monday afternoon, there wasn't a crowd, but I can only imagine the fun it would be to revisit on a Friday night. We'll be back for sure!
