Good data attached to this report. It should predict some of the changes in cities to a more pedestrian and car free designs. It is also a telling sign about the lack of car loans being taken out. It is pretty common, unless you are either really in a pinch or you are more in the old mindset about credit scores, that most people are saving up before buying a car to avoid any loans.
