The best part about the Super Bowl is that baseball spring training is close by! Go Rangers!

These are the worst and I've had every one done to me from the person who wanted to trade a pair of old shoes for some business cards to the very successful real estate agent who wanted me to take pictures of houses for FREE and then offer a measly microscopic sum when I said I wouldn't work for free.

"Snap a few pics."

Yup my $3000 36mpx Camera just snaps a few pics and is easily transferable and doesn't ever require adjusting.

I'm totally perfect on every shot. Every time.

After having so many problems with my work computer and the owner not caring, I decided it needed a new wallpaper. Meet Spinny - the jinxed aging iMac. :)

I did this in about 10 minutes with Illustrator and have a little more to do but I think this will get my point across when people walk by. Is this too subtle or not enough?

Build Help

Hello fellow Linux users!

I have an aging laptop that needs to be replaced and I am looking to build a cheap PC replacement. The laptop currently has Ubuntu so I plan on installing that onto the new system. This will be mainly used for light internet surfing, streaming videos, and maybe LIGHT gaming(Dota 2 and Emulators). I am looking to spend at or under $200 in parts. I already have a 120 GB SSD for storage(and to make things faster). Here is the PC Parts Picker list I have:
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/jBdFQ7

Will this be a good build for this use or should I replace anything?

Thanks! I'm trying to look for a quad core and compatible motherboard and stay in budget. If it weren't for bills, I would go all out and build a nice gaming rig.

I have heard and seen all of these over the years but the cheapskate is the worst. Exposure doesn't pay for bills.

"We don't have any money but we'll give you EXPOSURE!"
Life as a photographer isn't as glamorous as you might think.

+Calvin Henderson it was exterior and interior, at least three photos per room and they were in a few cities. Too much work for too little pay.

Sprint spoofed Verizon, now T-Mobile did(and it was pretty good too). It's your turn +AT&T

Sprint and T-Mobile already spoofed them. This is just T-Mobile putting more jabs out there.

Haha. I have been wondering if AT&T would...

I never know about using a rubber band to remove a stripped screw and will have to try this next time I run into one!

Dear +YouTube

On the next Android app update, could you add a feature to remove a video from the three dot 'watch later menu'? This would be a nice feature to have so the video could easily be removed without going back into the main menu, refreshing all the videos, and then watching the next video. Thanks!

Speed Test Haunts Verizon. Good timing on their ad.

+Adam Neal I seen it there as well. Was not sure if you had added it or not. Lol.

With your super long ping I would think it moves pretty fast. Just sad that services do not believe in symetric speeds. Nature of the something (not sure of what though) keeps providers doing stupid stuff with their networks.

Just logged in to G+ and noticed a few people were missing and probably have been for a few days. Mental note: Don't let my niece's play with my phone...

I previously worked for Crestview Printing and did not enjoy working there at all. The owner was never satisfied with what the client sent us and would ALWAYS want to change it whether it was a minor color change or drastic redo. This lead to the client complaining and wanting what they originally sent. When Kelly(man) wanted to change shirt artwork, he would give vague directions, be satisfied with it, and then complain later that it looked horrible. When artwork had bleeds(color going to the edge of the paper), the owner would want the job printed without bleeds to save time and money even though the client wanted it with bleeds. The computers set up for design were beyond needing to be replaced and this lead to designs taking too much time to complete. The owner would ask why it's taking so long and would constantly get angry that I couldn't make his outdated computer run faster. And when asking to replace it with a newer computer, he said that we couldn't afford it. There were many other aging items as well. There are many more examples why Crestview is still the size that it is but we won't go into them at this time. Nicole is great to work with and works hard to get things done but the owner works just as hard to mess things up.

We have taken our puppy here twice now and the staff and vet are wonderful. The staff enjoys playing with him and the vet is real nice. The payment plan also helps pay for all of his visits easier than paying a large amount all at once.

We came in to look for a jacket and ammo. I got the ammo easily but we didn't find a jacket for my wife with the small selection they had. We looked around and didn't find anyone to ask if they had more so we went to check out and that is where all of the associates were and most of them were talking about their personal lives. As I went to check out, all our cashier said was 'enter your zip code' after she rang up the ammo. And after that, she looked at another group of associates and kept talking about something else. Customer service is non existent and I'll drive to another store from now on if I need anything from Academy.

This is the best ride in all of Disney World. Period. Nothing else compares to this ride from the scenery to the ride. Disney, please don't screw this ride up like you did Test Track.

When you get to Fort Wilderness, take the Settlement bus to Pioneer. This was our first time here and won't be out last. The buffet has everything from fried chicken and mashed potatoes to BBQ ribs and corn bread (try the corn bread, it's delicious!). And the dessert bar has pumpkin pie, red velvet cake, apple cobbler and more. My wife had a good allergy and we noted it on our reservation. When we arrived, the chef came out to go over everything and was very helpful. Before she was finished with dinner, they brought out a custom made dessert! On top of this, the customer service was excellent. Our drinks were always filled with dirty plates taken away. Even when my nephew ate too much and wasn't feeling well, they offered something else to drink and had it to us right away. This is a great restaurant that we will visit every time we come back to Disney World.
