Where is the best place to go for Gnome Builder discussions? I want to get started with Gnome Builder and have a few questions. The docs are still light, and the online resources (videos etc) are few. This group seems quiet as well.

I woke up my laptop which runs a secondary display, and I found the wingpanel icon in plank. I've never seen this before. What would cause wingpanel to suddenly show in plank?

I'm considering buying a Lenovo with a 14 WQHD (2560x1440) IPS panel. How well does eOS scale to that resolution on a panel that small? Is it still readable?

I currently enjoy eOS on a 1600x900 14" TN and find it very readable.
