At first, I thought I was getting Rickrolled!
Good article I thought I'd pass along.
Both internal and open source projects benefit from a style guide that explains how to contribute effectively. Elmer outlines the areas to consider.

So, my attempt at using EntityFramework to create a C# application that uses a MySQL database has failed! I am sure that there is something I am missing.

Anyone care to suggest the best/most current/accepted/recommended way to accomplish this?

Dilemma for the day.
Background:
PC #1 is an Intel Core I7 machine with dual monitors(23" and 24") dual booting Ubuntu and Win7. (I also consider this to be my MAIN computer)
PC #2 is an Intel Core I5 machine with a single 23" monitor running only Ubuntu

Do I:
1. Make my fastest pc (PC #1) solely an Ubuntu setup, and move Win7 to PC #2 and eliminate dual booting. (Also because I prefer Ubuntu as my main OS)

2. Make PC #1 solely a Win7 machine and keep PC #2 the way it is. (Also because I prefer to play WoW on a 24" monitor)

3. Leave things the way they are, and just boot into Win7 when I need to develop using Visual Studio.

If you have a game, then I'd keep a windows boot on your higher end machine, unless the other runs fine it fine. dual boot is just more of a pain to work/update between os'es. I would test WoW in a 3d enabled VM though using the -opengl switch on the game command line. It might run fine.

After the new carpet was installed, I took the opportunity to arrange my workspace to its most awesome state. Two machines, three monitors. Coding, surfing and multi OS awesomeness!

Introduction
I'm a huge geek. I teach myself everything I can about technology, basically as it becomes available. I was the guy with the 300 baud modem, if you don't know that is, don't worry, not many people do any more. When my parents bought me my second computer, I tore the first one apart to see if I could put it back together, and I've been doing that ever since.

I like being the guy people come to when they can't figure something out, even more so if I don't already know how to do it myself. I must have techADD because I just can't settle on one thing, I'm always jumping around finding things that interest me; I think it keeps me from being bored.
