Accident Advice Helpline were excellent after my accident. They contacted me after my accident and were very sympathetic and showed genuine concern. They were extremely professional and talked me through everything and kept making sure I was ok. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Takes a great weight off of your shoulders and lets you get better while they sort everything out.

Accident helpline was very helpful and understanding. I am deaf and they spoke to my close friend on my behalf and they were great. I've never needed to make a claim before and they were well spoken and clear to talk through the next step. I felt that they listened to us.

Accident Helpline Review What an extremely helpful and empathetic company. The lady I initially spoke with explained everything in easy terms and then put me on to her supervisor who made me feel very comfortable. She explained about the cost of the policy and the No win No fee terms, explaining this would be taken out of my claim if I was successful. I straight away felt I trusted this company and I certainly would recommend Accident Helpline to anyone needing assistance to make a claim. You have nothing to lose.

have only recently put a claim in through accident advice helpline and so far I am very pleased at the way I have been treated. Everyone that has spoken with me has been extremely polite and answered any questions that I have had. This is my first claim so was nervous on how I should pursue but I have been helped each step of the way by the friendly staff. I would definitely recommend Accident Advice Helpline to anyone and am pleased that I chose to go with them. Thanks !!

Very poor communication - I have to give 1 star otherwise it won't let me post! During initial contact with the company I was offered a courtesy car while arrangements were made to repair my car. I explained that in the short term, I didn't require a courtesy car, but was advised that if this became a problem I could request one later. Unbeknown to me, this caused my case to be closed as the company operates a policy of "courtesy car and repair or nothing". I was NOT advised of this at the time of the declining a courtesy car, there was no subsequent contact from the company to inform me that my case was closed and and only found this out a few days later when I rang to check on the progress of the repair arrangements. When I questioned why my case had been closed, I was told that the "courtesy car and repair or nothing" policy should have been explained earlier and even though it wasn't, the case was now closed on the system, it couldn't be re-opened and there was nothing anyone could do. In summary, I wasted time waiting for progress about the repair when the case was already closed, but I had to ring up to find out as no contacted me.

I had never made a claim before and was very nervous to do it, but the guys that I spoke to made me feel very comfortable and assured me that its as easy as 123. They were all very helpful took at the details correctly and didn't miss anything out. They have always kept in touch with me and have been extremely helpful. Many thanks.
